CRIMINALLY DELICIOUS

JUST RECIPES. NO LIFE STORIES.

Food so good it should be illegal. But it’s not. Because its delicious.

I use real butter. Don’t ask what you can substitute. Only butter tastes like butter.

Use good extracts. Fake tastes fake.

Don’t ask for substitutions unless you have an allergy. It’s the recipe for a reason.

Fair warning, most of this will be bad for you.

Don’t ask me if I can make the recipe vegan. I cannot. Cooking is science. If you figure it out, feel free to let me know.

Food should feed your feelings, not get you in your feelings. I’m not going to make you scroll through several paragraphs to get to a recipe.

NO EMOTIONAL JOURNEYS.

(maybe a funny every now and then, if it’s relevant?)

No tales of woe.

No letting you know how much something means to me.

No recipes modified to be healthy. Sorry not sorry. If it tastes better to me that way, I’ll tell you up front.

Easy Chocolate Pie

Pie crust (your choice)

1 c. sugar

1/4 c. cocoa

1/4 c. flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 stick butter (or margarine, but that’s blasphemy)

Melt the butter and let cool slightly. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Add sugar, cocoa, and flour and mix until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for 45 -55 minutes. Middle will be a teensy bit wobbly. Serve warm with ice cream. Or put your face in it. No judgment.
